エンターテイメントの必要性が問われる世の中で”人”がそのタレント性で人を元気にして感動を与える。
憧れや心動かされるなにかって人間に必要不可欠だと我々は信じています。
そして世界中の目が向けられる東京という街で理想とされている”美”の基準や概念はもっと幅広く濃淡豊かにネオンみたいに光っていて欲しい。 我々はまだ見たことのない美、感じたことのない感動を探求しています。
個々に秘められた可能性は無限大、それを吸い上げてプッシュする。それが私たちPUMP managementです。

PUMP management started in July 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In a world where the necessity of entertainment is questioned, we believe that "people" have the power to uplift and inspire others with their talent.
We believe having something to admire and to be emotionally moved is essential to being human.
We hope to widen the standards and concepts of beauty from within Tokyo, which is receiving attention from all around the world, and make them shine like the diverse neon lights in the never sleeping city.
We are in pursuit of beauty that we have not yet seen and emotions that we have not yet felt. The potential hidden within each individual is boundless, and we aim to harness it and push it out. That's us, PUMP management.
